Inspired by the history of the 13th Bomb Squadron founded in 1917 and based on the WWII - Korea version of the emblem and is not a version that is currently in use. "Oscar" the skeleton present on all the 13th Squadron's emblems, starting in WWI Oscar was painted on the sides of the aircraft of the 13th. WWII action took them to the Pacific theater and later Korea, Vietnam and now flying B-2 bombers.
